On top of the world or around it?

What an amazing start to the year it's been! Business is booming, I've had two days off in the past moth and despite being shattered I feel like i'm absolutely winning at life! I love that feeling of knowing what's in the diary and all the things i've got to look ahead to and whilst I feel on top of the world, I can't help thinking of jumping on a plane and getting around it again! The travel bug is real! and the list of places I still want to see is endless but being self employed, it's not so easy to just pack up and go as people may think. I've worked hard to establish working relationships in all areas of my working life be it teaching or performing and I honestly find it difficult to turn work down that I may not see again. My promise to myself for a long time has been to take some time for myself and reap the rewards of the stress and worry that being self employed brings and allow myself a holiday when I want one. I just need to put it into practice...So where to next?
