The importance of a headshot.
I read a really interesting article recently - http://castings.thestage.co.uk/audition-advice/blog/posts/how-online-casting-is-changing-the-way-actors-are-assessed - about the importance of a headshot and how rapidly the industry changes, year on year, in terms of what casting directors are looking for in both a headshot and media. The article was re-circulating having being published on The Stage a couple of years ago but regardless it inspired me to have some new shots done with the wonderful team that is Franklin and Bailey. The session was really relaxed, yet very professional and i'm very happy with the results.
