Putting our Thai cooking to the test!

After a crazy few weeks of, work, weddings, gigs and some great friend reunions, we decided a chill out day was well needed and what better way to do it than spending the day in the kitchen putting our Thai cookery skills to the test.
During our time in Chiang Mai we did the most amazing day cookery course. We started with a trip to local market to learn about the origin of the ingredients and the importance of flavors. We then headed to a quaint little house only to find the inside had been kitted out with a fully functioning kitchen that could accommodate six people cooking.
We learnt everything from scratch, preparing the vegetables, making the paste for the curries, Straining the coconut to make the milk. The whole experience was fabulous and the food was so tasty we couldn't wait to have another try at making it and thankfully our tasty creations were a success.
